Design Implementation

Design Implementation is a fully managed service supporting clients through the execution of typically a large-scale new home build or renovation. In some circumstances we will take on projects for implementation that are smaller scale, particularly where the client wants us to retain control of how the design is implemented by builders, architects or trades.

This service includes full sourcing and procurement, design concept fully detailed, project management, and if required, managing all trades people. It covers coordination and on-site oversight, depending on scope, and is part of the full design offering. It is provided on a limited basis to ensure quality, continuity and appropriate attention to detail.
