You will receive an Action Plan summary with clear priorities to take the stress out of preparing your home for the first impressions of potential buyers.
First Impressions: Optimising the entry, kerb appeal and the first 30 seconds of the viewing.
Spatial Flow: Assessing each room to maximise the sense of floor space and flow between rooms.
Editing & Styling: Guidance on de-personalising and styling to broaden buyer appeal.
Maximising View Points: with most buyers first impression being through Daft.ie and MyHome.ie photography, the views and sightlines for the photographer must capture the eye.
Lighting Audit: A review of light quality and warmth to create atmosphere.
Decluttering & Storage: Refining what is on show for viewings and how to manage storage.
High-Impact Fixes: Identifying minor repairs or improvements that increase value to buyers.

You will receive a written report that highlights the primary improvements along with detailed steps for maximising the home’s selling potential and presentation.
